SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY

• All products are digital — no physical shipping involved.
• Delivery is done electronically via email, a confirmation page, or a customer account.
• Products are accessible immediately or shortly after payment.
• Delivery is considered complete when:
  The product is sent to the customer's email, OR
  Access details appear on the confirmation page, OR
  The product becomes available in the customer account.
  
• Proof of delivery includes email logs, access timestamps, and IP/transaction data.

Orders may occasionally be delayed for fraud verification.
RETURNS

• No returns accepted (digital, non-physical products)
• No exchanges offered
• No shipping-based refunds

REFUNDS

Eligible for refund only if:

• Product was not delivered within a reasonable timeframe
• Product is defective or inaccessible
• A verified technical issue prevents use

Not eligible for refund if:

• Customer changes their mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Lack of technical knowledge
• Failure to follow instructions
• System incompatibility (customer's responsibility)
• Claims without sufficient evidence
• Product was successfully delivered and accessed

Processing time: 5–10 business days to original payment method, if approved.

RESOLUTION PRIORITY
Refunds are a last resort. Issues are first addressed through technical support, step-by-step guidance, or replacement of defective access. A refund is only issued if no solution can be provided.

DELIVERY & CONSENT

• All sales are final once the product is delivered
• Delivery is confirmed via email, confirmation page display, or account availability
• Customers waive refund/cancellation rights upon completed delivery

DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

• Customers must contact support before opening a dispute
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension, service denial, or reporting to payment processors
